Dear brothers and sisters, November 25, 2009;
Assalaamu Alaikum Wa Rahmathullahi Wa Bharakhathuhu.
In this mail, Inshah Allah, we plan to touch upon three different aspects. All of these are equally important.
First:
Darwin was exploited by the Jews by twisting his principle of 'Natural Selection' because they wanted to insult the whole of mankind to vilify the Holy Quran.

Say: "O people of the Book! Do ye disapprove of us for no other reason than that we believe in Allah, and the revelation that hath come to us and that which came before (us), and (perhaps) that most of you are rebellious and disobedient?"
Yusuf Ali 5:60
Say: "Shall I point out to you something much worse than this, (as judged) by the treatment it received from Allah. those who incurred the curse of Allah and His wrath, those of whom some He transformed into apes and swine, those who worshipped evil;- these are (many times) worse in rank, and far more astray from the even path!"
Yusuf Ali 5:61
When they come to thee, they say: "We believe": but in fact they enter with a mind against Faith, and they go out with the same but Allah knoweth fully all that they hide.
Yusuf Ali 5:62
Many of them dost thou see, racing each other in sin and rancour, and their eating of things forbidden. Evil indeed are the things that they do.
Yusuf Ali 5:63
Why do not the rabbis and the doctors of Law forbid them from their (habit of) uttering sinful words and eating things forbidden? Evil indeed are their works.
Yusuf Ali 5:64
The Jews say: "(Allah)'s hand is tied up." Be their hands tied up and be they accursed for the (blasphemy) they utter. Nay, both His hands are widely outstretched: He giveth and spendeth (of His bounty) as He pleaseth. But the revelation that cometh to thee from Allah increaseth in most of them their obstinate rebellion and blasphemy. Amongst them we have placed enmity and hatred till the Day of Judgment. Every time they kindle the fire of war, Allah doth extinguish it; but they (ever) strive to do mischief on earth. And Allah loveth not those who do mischief.

Yusuf Ali 2:65
And well ye knew those amongst you who transgressed in the matter of the Sabbath: We said to them: "Be ye apes, despised and rejected."
Yusuf Ali 2:66
So We made it an example to their own time and to their posterity, and a lesson to those who fear Allah.

From the quotes above, we infer that some of the rebellious Jews were transformed into apes and swine. Even now when a human body part is not available, the corresponding part from swine or baboon is used for organ transplantation. We indicate this to show that they are possibly the closest in DNA for the human DNA. We hasten to add that the transformed rebels had no descendants. It is our belief that apes and swine were in existence before their transformation, that the transgressors were transformed to the nearest creature.
If one were to initiate a marketing campaign one chooses a theme that convinces. The ape often uses the two forlegs to hold things and run with its hind legs. Instead the swine never does so. Hence between the swine and the ape, the ape would be a convincing example. Thus Darwin's 'Theory of Natural Selection' was exploited by the enemies of Islam to confuse the scientists and the general public that human evolved from apes.
Second:
Islam permits evolution, but not the single seed assumption.

Allah Subhana Wa Taala claims the ownership of the primal origin of the universe; not the direct creation of single cell life, multiple cell life, marine life, earthly life, and amphibious life etc. All these evolved based on the primal design. The purpose is possibly the preparation of the earth for the dwelling of mankind. Mankind has the duty to preserve all life including itself, wherein all other life forms need to preserve themselves. That is how after the evolution of a better and fitter life form the form from which the new life form emerged becomes the minority or becomes extinct. Allah Subhana Wa Taala clearly indicates the separate creation of mankind as below.

It is We Who created you and gave you shape; then We made the angels bow down to Adam, and they bowed down; not so Iblis; He refused to be of those who bow down.
Yusuf Ali 7:12
((Allah)) said: "What prevented thee from bowing down when I commanded thee?" He said: "I am better than he: Thou didst create me from fire, and him from clay."
Yusuf Ali 7:13
((Allah)) said: "Get thee down from this: it is not for thee to be arrogant here: get out, for thou art of the meanest (of creatures)."
Yusuf Ali 7:14
He said: "Give me respite till the day they are raised up."
Yusuf Ali 7:15
((Allah)) said: "Be thou among those who have respite."
Yusuf Ali 7:16
He said: "Because thou hast thrown me out of the way, lo! I will lie in wait for them on thy straight way:
Yusuf Ali 7:17
"Then will I assault them from before them and behind them, from their right and their left: Nor wilt thou find, in most of them, gratitude (for thy mercies)."
Yusuf Ali 7:18
((Allah)) said: "Get out from this, disgraced and expelled. If any of them follow thee,- Hell will I fill with you all.
Yusuf Ali 7:19
"O Adam! dwell thou and thy wife in the Garden, and enjoy (its good things) as ye wish: but approach not this tree, or ye run into harm and transgression."
Yusuf Ali 7:20
Then began Satan to whisper suggestions to them, bringing openly before their minds all their shame that was hidden from them (before): he said: "Your Lord only forbade you this tree, lest ye should become angels or such beings as live for ever."
Yusuf Ali 7:21
And he swore to them both, that he was their sincere adviser.
Yusuf Ali 7:22
So by deceit he brought about their fall: when they tasted of the tree, their shame became manifest to them, and they began to sew together the leaves of the garden over their bodies. And their Lord called unto them: "Did I not forbid you that tree, and tell you that Satan was an avowed enemy unto you?"
Yusuf Ali 7:23
They said: "Our Lord! We have wronged our own souls: If thou forgive us not and bestow not upon us Thy Mercy, we shall certainly be lost."
Yusuf Ali 7:24
((Allah)) said: "Get ye down. With enmity between yourselves. On earth will be your dwelling-place and your means of livelihood,- for a time."
Yusuf Ali 7:25
He said: "Therein shall ye live, and therein shall ye die; but from it shall ye be taken out (at last)."

From the above we see that there are three distinct creations: a) Angels from fire; b) earth and all its vegetation and non-human lives; and c) Mankind from clay the first time, and from hydrocarbons as the progeny of the first parents, Prophet Adam, peace be upon him, and Mother Eve, Allah be pleased with her afterwards. We would like to suggest that the aleins supposed to have been seen by some are possibly the Angels and Devils, who might have revealed themselves momentarily.
Evolution is for all life except Mankind and Angels. We have not read the first [original] manuscript of Darwin in which he proposed the 'survival of the fittest' to see whether he proclaimed man as a descendant of the monkey. We believe the marketers -- those who control the media for ages -- twisted Darwin to claim that man evolved from ape. Allah Subhana Wa Taala knows best.
The following strengthens our observation given above.

All things considered, do you believe Darwin was a great luminary in the path of human progress?
What has the theory of evolution done for the practical benefit of humanity? It's helped our understanding of ourselves, yet compared to, say, the discovery of penicillin or the invention of the World Wide Web, I wonder why Darwin occupies this position at the pinnacle of esteem. I can only imagine he has been put there by a vast public relations exercise.

It is our inference that the public relations exercise benefitted the descendants of the rebellers against God to take vengence against the Holy Quran.
Third:
All of the DNA must be studied and not just those that produce proteins.

It's been 1.5 billion years or more since our ancestors split off from our fungal cousins. How did the genome of our ancestor change so that it could produce two-legged primates? One part of the answer is that mutations over time altered genes that encode proteins, and some of those changes have been favored by natural selection. But that does not mean that our genome--the sum total of our human DNA--is a finely tuned collection of protein-coding genes. In fact, a lot of mutations that all humans carry neither helped nor harmed our ancestors. They spread just by chance. And a lot of our genome is not made up of protein-coding genes. In fact, 98.8% of it is not. Some of that 98.8% consists of "pseudogenes"--genes that once encoded proteins but no longer can because of a crippling mutation. They are the molecular equivalent of a vestigial tail, allowing us to see evolution's track.

As a Professor of Computer Science and Engineering, I feel that the DNA is a binary coded algorithm to produce the body of the life. As there are programs that have a large number of output variables (proteins) there are also a large number of programs that give a single yes/ no answer. These later class of programs contain predominantly conditional statements with very few assignment statements. We feel the protein-producing DNA segments are like assignment statements, and the rest of the DNA are like the conditional statements.
A program with both assignment statements and conditional statements cannot be understood by studying either the assignment statements alone or by studying the conditional statements alone. We need to study both kinds of statements. Thus we suggest that the field of Genetics look at the whole of the DNA and not just the 1.2% that codes the production of proteins, however important the proteins be.

The concept of son, and daughter depends on the concept of the male and female sex. It would be valuable to study all of the DNA of mankind and deduce at what stage sex evolved. Such a sequencing of genetic developments from the DNA of mankind would indicate whether mankind was a separate seed or whether it evolved from the apes. We are confident that such a study would substantiate the Holy Quran, and hopefully make the scientists Muslims as the magicians of Pharoah became Muslims when they found that their magic was much weaker than the power displayed by Prophet Moses, peace be upon him.
