Dear brothers and sisters, 1 - 1 - 10;
Assalaamu Alaikum Wa Rahmathullahi Wa Bharakhathuhu.

Yusuf Ali 50:16
It was We Who created man, and We know what dark suggestions his soul makes to him: for We are nearer to him than (his) jugular vein.
===
The jugular vein is inside the neck. So one interpretation of this Verse could argue that Allah Subhana Wa Taala is inside every man and woman as He claims that He is nearer than the jugular vein. Such an interpretation would cause the rejection of the following Tradition and similar Traditions.
===
The words "third descends" appear in 2 hadith(s) in Bukhari translation.
(2) Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Apostle said, "Every night when it is the last
third of the night, our Lord, the Superior, the Blessed,
descends to the nearest heaven and says: Is there anyone to invoke Me that I may respond to his invocation? Is there anyone to ask Me so that I may grant him his request? Is there anyone asking My forgiveness so that I may forgive him?. " (See Hadith No. 246,Vol. 2)
(Book #93, Hadith #586)===
The Believers know that the Holy Quran is preserved as revealed. We know that there are some Traditions which are fabricated. We consider any Tradition that contradicts the Holy Quran to be unauthentic. Accordingly should we discard the above two Traditions as fabricated? We can not do so.
We should strive to find an interpretation that is consistent. Only in the event that all our efforts fail to find a consistent interpretation could we claim that a Tradition is fabricated.
Inshah Allah we hope to -- using concepts from Computer Science, Islam, and Medicine show that Verse 50:16 is a description of the human body and not one that indicates Allah Subhana Wa Taala resides inside every man and woman which is the worst Shirk.

Let us consider logging in to the Yahoo mail. The Yahoo mail program is running possibly is a super computer thousands of miles away. Still that program knows every character typed into this email as soon as possible. We say as soon as possible because the local program that is downloaded and installed when we get the Yahoo Mail software controls whether the information should be sent for every character, every line, or every full mail. Is it acceptable to say that there is a part of the super computer in my laptop or in your laptop when you read this mail? The obvious answer would be that the super computer remains possibly thousands of miles away and under no stretch of imagination could be considered to be inside my laptop.
We see that a cookie transfers information about the happenings in my laptop to a super computer. Is there a cookie in our bodies that transfers information to Allah Subhana Wa Taala?

Yusuf Ali 41:19
On the Day that the enemies of Allah will be gathered together to the Fire, they will be marched in ranks.
Yusuf Ali 41:20
At length, when they reach the (Fire), their hearing, their sight, and their skins will bear witness against them, as to (all) their deeds.
Yusuf Ali 41:21
They will say to their skins: "Why bear ye witness against us?" They will say: "(Allah) hath given us speech,- (He) Who giveth speech to everything: He created you for the first time, and unto Him were ye to return.
Yusuf Ali 41:22
"Ye did not seek to hide yourselves, lest your hearing, your sight, and your skins should bear witness against you! But ye did think that Allah knew not many of the things that ye used to do!
Yusuf Ali 41:23
"But this thought of yours which ye did entertain concerning your Lord, hath brought you to destruction, and (now) have ye become of those utterly lost!"
Yusuf Ali 41:24
If, then, they have patience, the Fire will be a home for them! and if they beg to be received into favour, into favour will they not (then) be received.
Yusuf Ali 41:25
And We have destined for them intimate companions (of like nature), who made alluring to them what was before them and behind them; and the sentence among the previous generations of Jinns and men, who have passed away, is proved against them; for they are utterly lost.

It seems Allah Subhana Wa Taala has placed at least 5 cookies in each man's or woman's body: the two eyes, the two ears, and the skin. Out of these the eyes and ears are not crucial, in the sense that even a blind and deaf person could live. How about the skin? What happens to a person whose full skin is burnt? Could that person survive? Chances are within a short time his body fluids would ooze out and he/ she would be dead.
Now let us consider the most important part of a human being.

The words "heart good atom" appear in 3 hadith(s) in Bukhari translation.
(1) Narrated Anas: The Prophet said, "Whoever said "None has the right to be worshipped but Allah and has in his
heart good (faith) equal to the weight of a barley grain will be taken out of Hell. And whoever said: "None has the right to be worshipped but Allah and has in his
heart good (faith) equal to the weight of a wheat grain will be taken out of Hell. And whoever said, "None has the right to be worshipped but Allah and has in his
heart good (faith) equal to the weight of an
atom will be taken out of Hell."
(Book #2, Hadith #42)===
===
The words "illegal flesh" appear in 1 hadith(s) in Bukhari translation.
(1) Narrated An-Nu'man bin Bashir: I heard Allah's Apostle saying, 'Both legal and
illegal things are evident but in between them there are doubtful (suspicious) things and most of the people have no knowledge about them. So whoever saves himself from these suspicious things saves his religion and his honor. And whoever indulges in these suspicious things is like a shepherd who grazes (his animals) near the Hima (private pasture) of someone else and at any moment he is liable to get in it. (O people!) Beware! Every king has a Hima and the Hima of Allah on the earth is His
illegal (forbidden) things. Beware! There is a piece of
flesh in the body if it becomes good (reformed) the whole body becomes good but if it gets spoilt the whole body gets spoilt and that is the heart.
(Book #2, Hadith #49)===
From the above Traditions we see that the condition of the heart is crucial on the Day of Judgment. Allah Subhana Wa Taala also refers to the heart.

Yusuf Ali 39:18
Those who listen to the Word, and follow the best (meaning) in it: those are the ones whom Allah has guided, and those are the ones endued with understanding.
Yusuf Ali 39:19
Is, then, one against whom the decree of Punishment is justly due (equal to one who eschews Evil)? Wouldst thou, then, deliver one (who is) in the Fire?
Yusuf Ali 39:20
But it is for those who fear their Lord. That lofty mansions, one above another, have been built: beneath them flow rivers (of delight): (such is) the Promise of Allah. never doth Allah fail in (His) promise.
Yusuf Ali 39:21
Seest thou not that Allah sends down rain from the sky, and leads it through springs in the earth? Then He causes to grow, therewith, produce of various colours: then it withers; thou wilt see it grow yellow; then He makes it dry up and crumble away. Truly, in this, is a Message of remembrance to men of understanding.
Yusuf Ali 39:22
Is one whose heart Allah has opened to Islam, so that he has received Enlightenment from Allah, (no better than one hard-hearted)? Woe to those whose hearts are hardened against celebrating the praises of Allah. they are manifestly wandering (in error)!
Yusuf Ali 39:23
Allah has revealed (from time to time) the most beautiful Message in the form of a Book, consistent with itself, (yet) repeating (its teaching in various aspects): the skins of those who fear their Lord tremble thereat; then their skins and their hearts do soften to the celebration of Allah.s praises. Such is the guidance of Allah. He guides therewith whom He pleases, but such as Allah leaves to stray, can have none to guide.
Yusuf Ali 39:24
Is, then, one who has to fear the brunt of the Penalty on the Day of Judgment (and receive it) on his face, (like one guarded therefrom)? It will be said to the wrong- doers: "Taste ye (the fruits of) what ye earned!"
Yusuf Ali 39:25
Those before them (also) rejected (revelation), and so the Punishment came to them from directions they did not perceive.
Yusuf Ali 39:26
So Allah gave them a taste of humiliation in the present life, but greater is the punishment of the Hereafter, if they only knew!
Yusuf Ali 39:27
We have put forth for men, in this Qur'an every kind of Parable, in order that they may receive admonition.
Yusuf Ali 39:28
(It is) a Qur'an in Arabic, without any crookedness (therein): in order that they may guard against Evil.

A Believers heart softens while the heart of a non-Believer hardens. Which of the 5 cookies is closest to the heart? Where is the jugular vein in the body?
===
Jugular vein: The jugular veins are in the neck and drain blood from the head, brain, face and neck and convey it toward the heart.
===
The eyes and ears are above the neck, while the heart is below the neck. Thus the jugular vein is closer to the heart than the eyes and ears. What about the skin?
===
===
===
===
From the above two pictures it is clear that the skin just opposite to the heart is indeed closer than the neck, and thus the skin is closer to the heart than the jugular vein.
So we conclude that the essential cookie, the skin, is nearer than the jugular vein. As the skin is a cookie of Allah Subhana Wa Taala, Verse 50:16 describes a property of the human body. Hence any statement that Allah Subhana Wa Taala remains inside a human is patently wrong.
Allah Subhana Wa Taala knows best.
Your brother,
Mohideen Ibramsha
Was Salaam
