We believe the recent mysterious light over Norway is a demonstration of a defense capability by Russia against weather modification over her territory by any other nation or any group having the Quantum Potential Weapons.

The hurricanes and the tornados have spiral forces. To realize this fill a washbasin or a bath tub nearly full closing the exit. Now open the exit and see the shape the water takes. It would form a funnel shape directly above the drain hole. The shape is just like the shape of a hurricane or a tornado. Repeat the experiment. This time just float a small colored paper piece on the middle of the still water before opening the exit. See the pattern made by the color paper. It would be a spiral. To create a spiral the forces have to be in the shape of a spiral.

By creating spiral shaped forces, hurricanes could be formed over the sea. Likewise tornados could be formed by spiral forces over the land. In the URL quoted above we have stated that the weather in USA was not normal for the past decade and more.

We suspect that some groups with access to the Quantum Potential Weapons (not Russia , the nation) were disturbing the weather in USA . It is possible that the defense experts in Russia had informed all concerned that weather modification over Russian territory would not be allowed by the demonstration over Norway.

Even though the spiral looks to be a single spiral in the top picture, the amplified view given in the bottom picture clearly shows a double spiral, one clockwise and another anti-clockwise. If we look carefully in the top picture also, we see a thin dark line in the middle of the spiral lines. Thus what appears to be a single spiral is indeed a double spiral.

Please notice that the spiral is still visible even after the so called third stage of the rocket exploded.

The following report completely debunks the claim that a faulty rocket motor caused the spiral. Another 'UFO' from Russia

Just a day after a Russian rocket launch set off a spate of UFO sightings in Norway , yet another missile test created a similar sky show over the heart of Russia .

Like Wednesday's launch of the submarine-based Bulava missile from the White Sea, Thursday's launch of the land-based Topol ballistic missile from the Kapustin Yar missile range on the lower Volga River sparked plenty of sightings. Reports came in from Chelyabinsk , Yekaterinburg, Ufa and other cities, said NBC News space analyst James Oberg.

The rocket plume created a spiral pattern in the sky, though the pattern wasn't as striking as the one seen over Norway earlier in the week. "The difference in sunlight conditions from pre-dawn northern Norway may account for much of the visual differences," Oberg said.

Russia's Itar-Tass news agency said the test launch was successful, and the missile came down to earth in the Sary Shagan military reservation in eastern Kazakhstan . Oberg said the spiral plume doesn't necessarily mean anything was amiss, even though that was seen as a tip-off that the White Sea launch was a failure.

"I continue to get suggestions that the third-stage spin is a 'feature,' not a malfunction, and may be associated with guidance, or decoy deploy, or enhancing hardness against U.S. boost-phase antimissile weapons," he wrote in an e-mail.

The latest space spin suggests that the spiral plume patterns seen over Norway aren't all that unusual, a view that Jeffrey Lewis confirms at ArmsControlWonk.com.

"The first rocket UFO was so much fun, the Russians fired off another one as an encore!" Oberg wrote. "Actually, the timing of the two tests is almost certainly accidental."
