CFR.org, said Kabul--which has made efforts to improve its image among the population--nonetheless needs help countering the
Taliban's messaging prowess. But that will not be easy, noted
Michael Doran, a former deputy assistant security of defense, in a
lecture on public diplomacy (PDF) at the Heritage Foundation in February 2008. Doran said that in
Afghanistan, U.S. forces carry out an operation "and within 26 minutes--we've timed it--the Taliban comes out with its version of what took place in the operation, which immediately finds its way on the tickers in the BBC at the bottom of the screen."

Taliban is supposed to be in the wilderness. How could the Taliban's message get displayed in the BBC news ticker? We all know that the Main Stream Media favors the government version of any event. If the Taliban's version gets displayed in the news tickers, the news organizations must receive the message from reliable sources. If we have to admit the above quote as true, the Taliban have infiltrated the NATO and US communication pathways. Such an infiltration -- even if true -- cannot continue for long.
Is it possible that the CIA and other Intelligence Agencies are playing a double game? Are the so called fights against the terrorists actually war games played out in Afghanistan and Iraq? If they are indeed war games what could be the motive?
The motive could be found in the result. The result today is that there are two Islams: the moderate Islam and the militant Islam. One Islam claims the supremacy of Verse 2:256 and asserts that Islam must spread through education. The other Islam, the militant Islam, claims that Verse 9:5 abrogates Verse 2:256 and thus Islam could [indeed must] be spread through the sword. Is this not a victory for the enemies of Islam?
The pious know that Islam is a very tolerant religion.

Apostle and I listened to his recitation and noticed that he
recited in several different ways which Allah's Apostle had not taught me. I was about to jump over him during his prayer, but I controlled my temper, and when he had completed his prayer, I put his upper garment around his neck and seized him by it and said, "Who taught you this Sura which I heard you reciting?" He replied, "Allah's Apostle taught it to me." I said, "You have told a lie, for Allah's Apostle has taught it to me in a different way from yours." So I dragged him to Allah's Apostle and said (to Allah's Apostle), "I heard this person reciting Surat Al-
Furqan in a way which you haven't taught me!" On that Allah's Apostle said, "Release him, (O 'Umar!) Recite, O Hisham!" Then he
recited in the same way as I heard him reciting. Then Allah's Apostle said, "It was revealed in this way," and added, "Recite, O 'Umar!" I
recited it as he had taught me. Allah's Apostle then said, "It was revealed in this way. This Qur'an has been revealed to be
recited in
seven different ways, so recite of it whichever (way) is easier for you (or read as much of it as may be easy for you)."

Let us not forget that Arabic is a phonetic language and that the meaning might change if the emphasis changes. How can a religion permitting such a variety and tolerance even in prayer be intolerant as supposed to be projected by the Taliban?
Whether the Taliban is an independent group or a wing of the CIA to facilitate the subsugation of the world population by the war-mongers is known to Allah Subhana Wa Taala.
