The word "Qunut" appear 25 time(s) in 15 hadith(s) in Bukhari translation.
(1) Narrated Anas: The
Qunut used to be recited in the Maghrib and the
Fajr prayers.
(Book #12, Hadith #763) (3) Narrated 'Asim: I asked Anas bin Malik about the
Qunut. Anas replied, "Definitely it was (recited)". I asked, "Before bowing or after it?" Anas replied, "Before bowing." I added, "So and so has told me that you had informed him that it had been after bowing." Anas said, "He told an untruth (i.e. "was mistaken," according to the Hijazi dialect). Allah's Apostle recited
Qunut after bowing for a period of one month." Anas added, "The Prophet sent about seventy men (who knew the Quran by heart) towards the pagans (of Najd) who were less than they in number and there was a peace treaty between them and Allah's Apostles (but the Pagans broke the treaty and killed the seventy men). So Allah's Apostle recited
Qunut for a period of one month asking Allah to punish them."
(Book #16, Hadith #116) (6) Narrated Abu Huraira; Whenever the Prophet (p.b.u.h) lifted his head from the bowing in the last Raka he used to say: "O Allah! Save 'Aiyash bin Abi Rabi'a. O Allah! Save Salama bin Hisham. O Allah! Save Walid bin Walid. O Allah! Save the weak faithful believers. O Allah! Be hard on the tribes of Mudar and send (famine) years on them like the famine years of (Prophet) Joseph ." The Prophet further said, "Allah forgive the tribes of Ghifar and save the tribes of Aslam." Abu Az-Zinad (a sub-narrator) said, "The
Qunut used to be recited by the Prophet in the Fajr prayer."

From the above we understand that Qunut was recited after bowing for one month and before bowing at other times.
Ya Allah! Please punish the war-mongers who willy nilly want to establish un-Islamic global government. Aameen, Aameen, Ya Rabbil Aalameen.
Please recite the above Dua or better in Qunut as often as Allah Subhana Wa Taala reminds us until the Kilafath is established for the following reason.
Alhamdhulillah on April 27 we wrote indicating that Surah Al-Fatihah could be a vaccine for swine flu; on April 29 we wrote that ablution protects from swine flu. We were unsure whether the swine flu virus evolved naturally or was man-made. From the following we infer that the swine flu is a product of the war mongers.

An international businessman who performs major work for the Department of Health and Human Services told AFP that fear mongering by Washington and the World Health Organization about swine flu is an attempt to scare people into allowing global control of the healthcare system.
From 300,000 to 500,000 cases of flu are reported in the United States each year and 30,000 to 40,000 die, he pointed out. At the moment of this interview, 100 cases of the flu variant called “swine” had been reported. Yet, all of the major newspapers and news broadcasts breathlessly report on the “swine flu pandemic” to the virtual exclusion of other developments throughout the world.

Flu epidemics normally start in Asia where people live in unsanitary conditions in close proximity to overcrowded, sickly hogs and chickens. The various strains of flu viruses interbreed and mutate to produce a new generation of a type of A (from swine), B or C virus. One will predominate and travel from East to West. The very name influenza comes from an Italian word that describes the influence of cold, damp weather and lack of sunlight that influences or weakens the immune system so that the flu “bug” can infect humans.
The So- called Swine Flu virus was genetically manufactured from four existing flu virus types:
1. American Swine Influenza Virus
2. North American Avian Influenza Virus
3. Human Influenza A Virus, Subtype H1N1
4. European Swine Influenza Virus
Preliminary genetic characterization found that the hemagglutinin (HA) gene was similar to that of swine flu viruses present in United States pigs since 1999, but the neuraminidase (NA) and matrix protein (M) genes resembled versions present in European swine flu isolates.
The Barnes Review published overwhelming evidence that this variant was developed at an Army research lab in Kansas as germ warfare in Europe. The mass inoculation of American “doughboys” not only killed and harmed many of these World War I American soldiers; but they inadvertently spread it worldwide. It was so horrific that this deadly strain was buried and forgotten so this artificial freak virus—”cultured in a lab”—became extinct—until Jeffery Taubenberger and his associates at the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology dug up pathological specimens from 1918 and reintroduced the deadly genome into the nasty soups of virus collections used in secret germ labs worldwide. Ever since, we have been repeatedly threatened with another “bird” or “swine” pandemic as bad as or worse than the 1918 killer plague.

But what benefit to the war mongers if some vaccine gets sold?

Officials at the World Health Organization and the European Centre for Disease Control have launched an investigation into how live Avian Bird Flu virus (both H5N1 and H3N2) was shipped by Baxter to 18 countries as Bird Flu vaccine because people infected with of mixture of live H5N1 and H3N2 viruses could become incubators for a hybrid virus able to transmit easily to and among people.

Whether the distribution of live virus was an accident or a purposeful act might be revealed after the investigation.
By creating a scare -- possibly declaring a swine flu pandemic -- and inducing a majority of the under developed country citizens to accept the swine flu vaccine as a humanitarian act, live viruses could be given to the populations without technology to verify whether they were given vaccine or virus, a grand human experiment on biological warfare agents could be conducted.
The above is a possibility. Whether the war mongers have really planned such an activity or not is known to Allah Subhana Wa Taala. We tend to believe that the war mongers are capable of such crimes.
Hence we suggest the Qunut mentioned earlier.
