There is fear in the minds of most of us (both Muslims and non-Muslims) that we are on the verge of the next World War to be fought between some Muslims and the West. The seeds of this situation were planted by the victors of WW II. They did two actions:
1. They created the state of Israel inside the Arabian Peninsula.
2. They split the Indian subcontinent and created Pakistan, a land exclusively for Muslims.

we understand that the only region where Islam alone can exist is the Arabian Peninsula. Also within the Arabian Peninsula Islam alone could exist.
By creating the state of Pakistan claiming that that country is exclusively for the Muslims, the victors of WW II challenged Islam in that Islam requires a Muslim to live in peace with non-Muslims outside the Arabian Peninsula. By creating Pakistan the victors of WW II created the impression that Muslim-only lands could be established every where on Earth. This erroneous concept of having a Muslim only land 'Pakistan' induced some Muslims to demand that Shariah (the Holy Quran based law) alone should be applied to Muslim majority lands. It is up to the population of the Muslim majority lands to decide the kind of law they would apply: it might be Shariah, or it might as well be Democracy or any other form.
By creating Israel inside the Arabian Peninsula, the victors of WW II, being mainly Christians, challenged the future Muslims. They could have created Israel just outside the Arabian Peninsula. However it would not be acceptable to the Jews, who desired to reclaim the 'Holy Land' bestowed to Prophet Moses, peace be upon him. Is there a way out? Are both Muslims and Jews destined to fight it out to the finish? No.
The Arabian Peninsula at the time of Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, did not include the 'Holy Land' and thus when he decreed the Arabian Peninsula to be the land of Islam alone, he did not call for confrontation between the future Jews and Muslims. The 'Holy Land' was for Jews, and the Arabian Peninsula was for the Muslims. The reasons for the conflict that exists today and a way out could be found in:

We are pained to see Islam criticized as a religion of violence. It is quite possible that Osama Bin Laden might have planted the seed for this misunderstanding in his declaration in 1996. From http://www.mideastweb.org/osamabinladen1.htm we get:

The most Exalted said in the verse of As-Sayef, The Sword: {so when the sacred months have passed away, then slay the idolaters where ever you find them, and take them captives and besiege them and lie in wait for them in every ambush} (At-Tauba; 9:5).

Many claim that the Verse of the sword, 9:5 abrogates the peaceful Verses of the Holy Quran. We have not researched the literature to find out whether the 'Principle of Abrogation' was invented by a Muslim or a non-Muslim. It does not matter who committed the blunder. The 'Principle of Abrogation' is wrong.

As no Verse of the Holy Quran is abrogated, the Verse 2:256 that declares that 'there can be no compulsion in Islam' is effective and the Muslims are bound by the same. There is no 'global conquest.'
Even if the Muslims establish their Khilafath in the modified Arabian Peninsula as suggested by us, the Caliph has no permission to spread Islam at the tip of the sword. He must maintain peace; he must allow the Muslims and non-Muslims to co-exist outside the modified Arabian Peninsula.
We hope that the above message is received in the correct spirit by both the Muslims and the non-Muslims so that we all learn to respect the religious sentiments of each other and live in peace.
