These health insurance plans stand at the top of the
U.S. News 2009-10 rankings of commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid
HMO and POS plans. The rankings are based on data collected and analyzed by the
National Committee for Quality Assurance, managed care's major accrediting and standards-setting body. Scores of 0 to 100 reflect member satisfaction, success relative to other plans in preventing and treating illness, and NCQA accreditation.

The above article shows the top 10 private plans, the top 5 Medicare and top 5 Medicaid. Creating a common list as below reveals a very interesting picture.
Among the top ten, five are commercial and five are public. Let us not be fooled by the interested propoganda of the vested interests.
Please forward to all your friends in USA with a request that they contact their Senator and urge him/ her not to be influenced by the lobbyists of the commercial health insurance industry but keep their health in mind and quickly pass the bill with the public plan.
If the Republicans do not support the bill with the public option or resort to delaying tactics give them notice that their lobbyist slavery would be remembered when they stand for re-election.
